Our Infrastructure

Milennium Electronics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a space of 30,000 sq ft.

We possess two fully operational State-Of-Art Assembly Lines.

We are equipped with In house Transformer and PCB Assembling Set -up.

We also possess 3 air – compressors for operating pneumatic tools.

METPL Quality Control

Milennium Electronics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a team of well focussed and trained engineers working to maintain the quality before, during and after the production process. The company follows the Kappa system of assessment for problem-solving and Kaizen for increasing efficiency.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Millenium Electronics has a specialised team focussed on catering to IQC operations. Raw material inspection occurs as per the sampling plan using their respective check sheets, drawings, golden sample and BOM.

Process Quality Control (PQC)

Process verification occurs in accordance with the work instructions provided in the SOP and the master sample. The work is verified at every stage of the production process by well trained PQC staff.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Finished Goods units are checked as per the sampling plan with their respective check sheets and master sample. Any error found during OQC leads to an in-depth inspection. Preventive measures to avoid similar errors in the future are instantly taken.
